Doctor Cook was born and raised in Westlinn Oregon, where he watched his father be a successful orthodontist in Oregon city. He attended Creighton University  graduating with the Degree, Doctor of Dental Surgery.

Doctor Cook started his first practice from 1998-2004, and eventually took over Center Street Dental in 2004, and has been serving the Oregon City community with excellent care ever since. 

Doctor Cook is passionate about high quality patient care, and making sure each person feels comfortable in the chair. We offer both general restorative services, as well as elective cosmetic treatment; including Invisalign, crowns and veneers.
