Dr. Cook was born and raised in West Linn, Oregon, where he was inspired by his father, a successful orthodontist in Oregon City. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Creighton University.

Dr. Cook began his dental career in 1998, running his own practice until 2004, when he took over Center Street Dental. Since then, he has been proudly serving the Oregon City community with exceptional care.
